Accenture is seeking a Senior Agentic Identity Security Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic identity and access solutions for diverse client environments. You will own technical decisions, prototype when needed, and guide engineers on agentic identity, delegated authorization, runtime attribution, and policy engines across client deployments.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record with distributed systems, and strong cloud experience across AWS,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional software development and delivery.
• Hands-on work within last 24 months including development or design review.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design decisions for client engagements.
• Review implementations and prototype in identity stack.
• Set technical direction and perform code and design reviews.
• Reverse-engineer client environments’ identity flows and design corrected architectures.
• Make and document build-versus-buy decisions with durable rationale.
• Prototype against emerging standards and create reference implementations.
• Mentor engineers in code and design and grow the team.
• Travel to client sites; client-facing work with engineering teams.
