Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises shift to automation-first operations. You will bring hands-on run experience in enterprise IT, translate that into CIO‑level business cases, and guide cross‑functional teams in advisory delivery.

The role targets leadership in enterprise operations, multi‑cloud AIOps, and governance, with frequent client workshops and strategic roadmaps. Travel is 25%–100% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations or technology consulting in enterprise environments.
• 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for performance, service delivery, or reliability.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if an associate degree, 6+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience with autonomous operations that reduce risk and cost.
• Frame the CIO audience with a clear business case and a path to automation-first target state.
• Build delivery plans, roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and avoid production risks.
• Lead operating model transitions with redesigned roles, processes, and governance.
• Support business development through client workshops and proposals highlighting credibility in operations.
