Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move to intelligent, automation-first IT operations. This role targets practitioners with run experience at scale and translates it into a compelling CIO-level vision and actionable delivery plans.

Travel 25%–100% may be required. Minimum 8+ years in IT operations and 8+ years in leadership; 3+ years in AIOps or automation programs; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on enterprise run experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for performance, service delivery, or reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if an Associate’s Degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures based on real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO-focused vision and build a clear business case for automation-first transformation.
• Create phased delivery roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities to distinguish true value from shiny but risky options.
• Lead operating model transitions: redefine roles, processes, governance for agent-based automation.
• Support business development through client workshops and credible operations-focused proposals.
