Job summary

Asana is seeking a consultant to guide enterprise customers through the transformation from CWM to AI Workflow Management. You will design structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding to workflow launch, linking AI capabilities to business outcomes and engaging executives and frontline teams to move them forward.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, and R&D, delivering structured onboarding, AI-enabled workflow design, and measurable

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation or consulting experience in SaaS.
• Deep understanding of AI workflow design and AI platforms.
• Ability to guide customers through ambiguity with clear plans.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements aligning stakeholders with platform setup and success definition.
• Design end-to-end workflow configurations with AI capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across teams and stakeholders.
