Job summary

Asana is seeking a consultant who thrives at the intersection of process design, cross-functional coordination, and customer outcomes. You will lead enterprise customers through the transition from Collaborative Work Management to AI Workflow Management, defining what AI-powered work looks like and aligning stakeholders around a shared adoption plan.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation or consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise settings.
• Solid understanding of AI and generative AI technologies and workflow design.
• Change management skills to drive user adoption in AI deployments.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate feedback into configuration decisions.
• Bias toward action in ambiguous environments and ability to move work forward.
• Strong cross-functional partnering with customer success, sales, product and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements with stakeholders to define success and assess workflow complexity for AI impact.
• Document and hand off a clear implementation plan with prioritized workflows and risks.
• Design end-to-end workflows, guide discovery, configures workflows, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across a time-bound engagement with kickoff, training, and launch.
• Develop documentation and a deployment plan outlining a scalable roadmap for AI adoption.
• Lead recurring check-ins to assess workflow performance and identify new AI-enabled opportunities.
