Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a senior UX leader to drive analytics, AI/GenAI, and conversational experiences. This remote US role partners with Product and Engineering to deliver enterprise-grade, headless, API-first designs across multiple surfaces.

A strong portfolio and 6–10 years of UX design are required. The role focuses on designing for AI-enabled workflows, voice interactions, and data-rich dashboards, while upholding accessibility and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of UX/product design experience in enterprise software or related fields.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI-enabled design experience in fast-moving environments.
• Portfolio showing human-centered design with business impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Experience with design systems, tokens, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for analytics initiatives within enterprise platforms.
• Design AI/GenAI-enabled experiences to empower insurance professionals.
• Design for headless/API-first environments across surfaces and channels.
• Shape voice agent and conversational experiences with dialogue flows.
• Collaborate with designers and researchers and maintain pattern consistency.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research.
• Balance user, technical, and business requirements in solutions.
• Represent UX with data storytelling and design rationale alongside engineering.
