Job summary

Evolent is building a new AI platform from the ground up. As Director, Strategic Initiatives, you will own the end-to-end program delivery, guiding the strategy and execution of AI-native platform components used company-wide.

The role requires deep expertise in large-scale technology program leadership, platform modernization, and cross-functional delivery. You will lead a team of project managers, drive platform migration and adoption, embed responsible AI and security, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of program management experience leading complex technology programs.
• Experience leading architecture, engineering, product, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver platform modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across competing stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery of the AI-native platform, managing governance, risks, dependencies, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Align architecture, engineering, product, data science, and business teams to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes and adoption.
• Establish KPIs and value realization metrics; provide executive reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
