Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of experience.
• 10+ years in program, portfolio, transformation, or related work.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• AI, digital, data, automation, cloud transformation experience preferred.
• Strong governance, cadence, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Experience in regulated environments; healthcare/managed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation program from strategy to adoption.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap and plans.
• Establish governance, executive forums, risk and issue management.
• Coordinate matrixed teams to deliver cross-workstream outcomes.
• Prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, and readiness.
• Define success measures and maintain executive dashboards.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
• Ensure governance, privacy, regulatory, and security compliance.
