Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant in Professional Services to lead AI-enabled transformation programs for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions.

You will conduct discovery, map workflows, design AI-enabled processes, drive adoption, and quantify value while collaborating with Sales, AI engineers, enablement, and product teams from the first client call through rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, change management, or complex AI/enterprise-technology delivery.
• Experience leading defined customer engagements or workstreams within scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
• Experience assessing professional workflows and contributing to targeted workflow and operating changes.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead defined transformation engagements or workstreams across the lifecycle, managing plans and client communication.
• Conduct targeted discovery through interviews, workshops, surveys, and usage data; diagnose priorities and next steps.
• Map current and future workflows and develop practical plans for targeted changes, adoption, risks, and success measures.
• Capture baselines, analyze evidence, and report what data supports or not.
