Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant in Professional Services to lead AI-enabled workflow transformations across legal, tax, and trade teams. You will work embedded with client teams, collaborating with Sales, AI engineers, and product teams from initial discussions to rollout and measurable value delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in professional services or enterprise delivery, strong change-management and stakeholder-skills, and a proven ability to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, or enterprise-technology delivery.
• Experience leading defined customer engagements or workstreams.
• Experience assessing professional workflows and driving workflow changes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined transformation engagements across lifecycle, manage plans and client communication.
• Conduct discovery via interviews, workshops, surveys, and usage data; diagnose priorities.
• Map current/future workflows and develop scoped plans for changes and adoption.
• Capture baselines, analyze evidence, and report data-driven findings.
• Identify adoption barriers and establish practical recovery actions.
• Support responsible-use controls and governance in workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to translate feasibility into usable workflows.
• Ensure quality and credibility; synthesize field learnings into reusable methods.
