Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital/AI transformation in enterprises, as operator or consultant.
• 5+ years working directly with enterprise C-suite to lead transformations; build trusted relationships.
• Deep practical experience in AI transformation across Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media, Telecom.
• Experience developing and implementing operating models to support transformations.
• Worked extensively with partners (SIs) to implement transformations.
• Sufficient technical expertise to inform transformation objectives and timelines with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep C-suite/SVP+ relationships with customers and partners and drive co-sell.
• Co-create the AI Transformation Roadmap and translate it from concept to deployment.
• Lead engagement models, programs, and materials for wider enablement and repeatable execution.
• Develop scaled operating models with the FDE team and partners to execute transformations.
• Identify and recruit external C-suite leaders to form an Expert Advisory Council and guide transformation capabilities.
