Job summary

Databricks is seeking a leader to own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements with our enterprise customers. You will diagnose the current workforce, define needed changes, build transformation plans, and drive execution until adoption sticks.

You will design layered engagement strategies across executives and managers, manage multiple concurrent engagements, and shape scope, pricing, and delivery commitments while creating scalable playbooks for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years leading workforce or organizational transformation in a technology adoption context.
• Proven experience with C-suite or VP-level sponsors and influencing large-scale adoption.
• Hands-on delivery background in customer-side data/engineering or consulting roles.
• Ability to assess workflows and design capability pathways.
• Knowledge of change management including sponsorship models, adoption curves, and resistance patterns.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building playbooks as you go.
• Experience with engagement scoping, pricing input, and ensuring delivery commitments are realistic.
• Familiarity with data and AI platforms and the enterprise adoption challenges they create.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transformation engagements with Databricks' enterprise customers.
• Diagnose current workforce state, define what needs to change, build the transformation plan, and drive execution until adoption sticks.
• Run 2–3 concurrent engagements across short-cycle to embedded scopes and manage a mixed portfolio.
• Design for multiple organizational layers, including executive sponsorship with CDOs/CIOs/CHROs and frontline adoption layers.
• Shape engagement scope, pricing, and delivery commitments; create repeatable tools and playbooks for scale.
