Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior AI Native Engineer to design, lead, and scale AI/ML professional services on the Databricks Intelligence Platform. You will develop executive relationships with senior stakeholders and shape engagement models for global accounts.

You will drive AI initiatives, own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, and represent Accenture as a thought leader in AI/ML across business units. This hybrid role requires strong technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience on Databricks and large-scale big data projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD, IaC, observability tooling.
• Practical MLOps and LLMOps experience: CI/CD across the ML/LLM lifecycle.
• Minimum 1 year designing and shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 1 year with agentic orchestration tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Hands on with Databricks AI tooling: Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Model Serving, MLflow, Unity Catalog governance.
• Experience with AI platforms across OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source models.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tooling, evaluation, and observability.
• Architect AI-native solutions on Databricks with governance and scalable patterns across engagements.
• Develop data foundations (Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog) powering production AI.
• Create abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Utilize containerization, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures for scalable AI systems.
• Lead workshops and proofs of concept with client stakeholders and measure agent metrics.
