Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior leader to position the company as a strategic AI transformation partner for the C-suite, expanding mindshare beyond technology teams and guiding executives through value realization from AI.

You will build trusted relationships with CFOs, CMOs, and LoBs, co-create transformation roadmaps with customers and partners, and lead an Expert Advisory Council to inform Databricks' transformation narrative.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital/AI transformation in enterprises.
• 5+ years working directly with C-suite executives.
• Deep experience in AI transformation in multiple industries (Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Tech, etc).
• Experience designing operating models to support transformations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with partners (SIs, consulting firms).
• Technical credibility to discuss timelines with technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep C-suite/SVP+ relationships with customers and partners; enable co-sell.
• Co-create AI Transformation Roadmap and drive deployment to value realization.
• Scale transformations with FDE team and SIs; ensure transition from concept to deployment.
• Create engagement models and enable repeatable execution across customers.
• Lead Expert Advisory Council of external AI transformation leaders to guide strategy.
