Visa is seeking a Sr. AI Transformation and Data Engineer in Austin, TX, to drive AI-enabled solutions, data products, and platform modernization within the ERP/PERC programs.

You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven workflows supporting risk intelligence and compliance. The role requires hands-on delivery, product thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 11+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in AI transformation, data platforms, or product management.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation initiatives across PERC platforms.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps and governance.
• Translate business and data requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Own data product strategy including ingestion, transformation, and access.
