Job summary

Visa is seeking a dynamic technology leader to oversee Bellevue's engineering teams as part of its global VAS platform modernization. You will drive AI-enabled features, scalable services, and API-driven integrations with internal and external partners.

Bring hands-on expertise in Generative AI, ML, and agile delivery while shaping the strategic vision for the VAS platform. Strong collaboration with product, security, and operations is essential to deliver trusted, high-value solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning.
Experience leading multiple product/technical teams and modern platforms.
Payments industry experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead global engineering teams; modernize platform and services.
Design and implement APIs and integrated solutions for VAS platforms.
Collaborate with Product, Dev‑Ops, cybersecurity, and support teams to deliver complete solutions.
Ensure regulatory, security, and privacy standards are met across development activities.
Oversee budgeting, planning, resource management, and performance metrics.
