Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant work experience or 15+ years with a related degree.
- Experience leading software/platform engineering at enterprise scale.
- Strong background in cloud modernization, automation, and GenAI initiatives.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and multi-team programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering teams across the full lifecycle of commercial payments capabilities.
- Set strategic direction for large-scale distributed payment platforms with focus on performance, security, and resiliency.
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform initiatives from concept to deployment and optimization.
- Drive modernization, cloud transformation, automation, and cross-platform integration.
- Champion GenAI-assisted engineering to improve velocity, code quality, and testing.
