Job summary

CodePath is seeking a Senior Mentor for its Claude Corps program, a fully remote role aligned with its national AI fellowship initiative. You will coach a portfolio of roughly ten pods, overseeing around 20 fellows across multiple host organizations, providing code review feedback, and guiding fellows through milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional software engineering on a real team.
• Demonstrated coaching or mentorship experience.
• Ability to read and give meaningful feedback on pull requests across unfamiliar stacks.
• Experience shipping production work with AI-assisted development tools.
• Comfort as a generalist coach who can route depth to experts.

Responsibilities

• Coach ~20 fellows across multiple host organizations from pre-Basecamp to final day.
• Provide structured written feedback on PRs, roadmaps, and architecture proposals at cohort pace.
• Lead milestone reviews (Day 30/90/180/270) with synthesis for leadership.
• Deliver just-in-time modules and collaborate with curriculum and instructors to close skill gaps.
