About the Role

Location: Remote, United States

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Director of Business Operations

Compensation: $110,000 to $150,000 per year

As Senior Manager of AI Enablement, you will act as an internal consultant, embedding with teams to audit workflows, build agents, productionize solutions, create reusable assets, coach teams toward self‑sufficiency, and measure outcomes. The role may grow to lead a small embedded enablement team as the function scales.

What You’ll Do

• Embed and audit. Rotate through functions to audit how teams work, map repetitive tasks, and identify highest‑leverage opportunities.
• Build the v1 fast. Develop task‑specific agents and automations using Claude, Claude Code, MCP integrations, and existing tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zendesk, and internal tools; ship prototypes for feedback in hours.
• Productionize and set the quality gates. Convert prototypes into production‑grade tools with rubrics, evaluations, and review steps that maintain output quality over time.
• Build reusable assets. Create skills, plugins, and templates for teams to self‑serve after engagement, and maintain them as tools evolve.
• Coach to self‑sufficiency. Teach teams with varying AI proficiency levels so that each engagement ends with a team that no longer needs your assistance.
• Measure, report, and rotate. Track outcomes such as time saved and quality gained, present results to leadership, document work, hand off cleanly, and move to the next function.

Requirements

• 5+ years in automation/operations tooling, including recent hands‑on LLM/agent work in a professional setting.
• Hands‑on proficiency with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude) and low‑code/no‑code agent frameworks; strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation design.
• A systems thinker who can identify automatable steps within manual workflows and connect seemingly disconnected pieces.
• Ability to embed with non‑technical teams, earn trust quickly, and translate pain points into working solutions.
• Judgment of quality; able to differentiate strong AI‑assisted work from slop and build guardrails that maintain quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication, adaptable to audiences from novices to experienced workflow builders.

Preferred

• Experience deploying Claude or another enterprise AI assistant across a largely non‑technical organization.
• Familiarity with MCP integrations and agent architecture patterns.
• Background in change management or internal transformation programs.

What This Role Is Not

• A software engineer. You will not build infrastructure or ship product code; your work focuses on automating business processes and building effective agents.
• Purely a trainer. Teaching occurs through building alongside teams, not through formal training sessions.
• A researcher. Tool evaluation occurs only as part of an engagement; the core work involves building, deploying, and iterating.
