Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience
• Strong proficiency in APIs, distributed systems, and cloud services
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-enabled applications or tooling into production
• Comfort with fast-paced, client-facing environments and evolving requirements
• Must reside in or be within commutable distance to the office
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale core software platforms integrating data, AI services, and user-facing apps
• Develop AI-powered tools including copilots, decision support systems, and internal dev tools
• Design and maintain robust service architectures (APIs, event-driven, batch and real-time pipelines)
• Establish engineering best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and performance
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize models and agents
• Translate business problems into concrete system designs and incremental delivery plans
