Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations, to drive end-to-end program execution across ThreatOps, threat intelligence partnerships, and AI model deployment within Customer Outcomes.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to translate model capabilities into actionable plans with clear milestones. You will own governance, delivery timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring programs meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Requires experience in technical program management within tech or cybersecurity
• Experience with threat intelligence programs and threat reporting is a plus
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships with governance and SLAs

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution across multiple high-priority workstreams within Customer Outcomes
• Manage threat intelligence partnerships and AI model access programs
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Research and IT Security for delivery
• Lead high-visibility ThreatOps engagements from scoping to delivery
