Job summary

TriEdge Investments’ Mongoose team seeks a senior leader to work with executives and operating teams to identify where AI and technology can create the most value across a portfolio of companies. You’ll engage early with portfolio management, map workflows and data flows, and develop a clear POV on where technology can improve performance.

You’ll translate opportunities into prioritized business cases, assess feasibility and organizational readiness, and advise management on practical AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, technology strategy, digital transformation, or a senior operating role.
• Experience working directly with senior executives on business, operational, and technology priorities.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI modeling.
• Deep understanding of AI and modern enterprise technology.
• Ability to translate business problems into actionable technology strategies.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and opportunity assessment with new portfolio companies and clients.
• Analyze workflows, data flows, and decision points to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, data, and software to drive revenue and margins.
• Develop business cases and financial models to articulate ROI.
• Present findings to CEOs, CFOs, COOs and senior leaders.
• Advise on AI strategy and practical adoption of capabilities.
• Stay current on AI developments and apply to operating challenges.
• Transition opportunities to product and engineering teams.
• Apply lessons across engagements for portfolio-wide value.
