Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of systems engineering experience on complex programs.
• Experience leading SE efforts across lifecycle phases and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for executive briefings and technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the system lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Lead development of user-centric AI trust frameworks and standards.
• Develop and evaluate AI-related engineering standards and approaches.
• Lead testing and evaluation frameworks for AI systems and ensure safety and reliability.
• Brief stakeholders on approaches, risks, findings, and project status.
