Lennar is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to design, develop, and evolve enterprise-grade applications, integrations, and MCP servers. You will lead AI infrastructure on AWS, drive full-stack development with TypeScript/React and Go, and own production readiness with observability, security, and performance.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product stakeholders, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React with strong Go backend experience.
• Experience with AWS, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with ServiceNow, compliance systems, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript/React and Go.
• Adopt and enforce CI/CD pipelines and templates; develop Terraform modules.
• Partner with central platform teams to influence roadmaps.
• Lead AI product capabilities, AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM features on AWS Bedrock.
• Ensure production readiness: observability, reliability, security, performance.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business needs.
• Deploy infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Instrument observability with OpenTelemetry and structured logging.
• Conduct design reviews and architecture governance.
• Transfer knowledge to platform team via sessions and documentation.
