Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Advanced experience with TypeScript and modern server-side development frameworks.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or generative AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leaders to define technical direction and implementation strategy.
- Develop and enhance AI-powered solutions that improve software development workflows.
- Modernise and migrate legacy applications into scalable, maintainable architectures.
- Design and implement full-stack applications using modern TypeScript-based technologies.
- Evaluate, deploy, and improve AI agents for coding, code review, and software delivery processes.
- Drive development towards specification-based engineering practices.
- Contribute to production readiness through observability, monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
- Lead technical initiatives across a cross-functional engineering organisation.
- Collaborate with teams to validate system performance and reliability in production.
