GoodLeap is seeking a leader to design and develop large-scale full-stack applications and AI-powered agents using LLMs. You will drive the technical strategy for AI integration and architect scalable solutions across teams.

You will mentor other engineers to ensure technical excellence, set standards, and guide implementation of robust, maintainable systems while collaborating with product and data science stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLMs.
