Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science with 5+ years in web stack.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in CS with 7+ years in web stack.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record leading a team of developers to achieve company goals.
• Proven track record architecting, scaling and implementing complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for planning work estimation and forecasting.
• Adhere to architecture, design, implementation, security standards and best practices.
• Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems.
• Conduct analysis to determine integration needs and design integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation including software design evaluation plans and test results.
• Write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and remains simple and testable.
• Implement unit and integration tests and conduct functional and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews to promote high quality outcomes.
• Develop reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery.
• Improve performance by diagnosing and resolving critical issues.
• Establish development practices and processes.
• Manage and mentor software engineers
