Job summary

Anthrobyte, Prosper, United States, seeks a True AI Forward Deployed Engineer to architect enterprise-grade AI systems and take them from design to production at scale. You will own the full technical journey—architecture, forward deployment, and production hardening—working directly with the CTO, founding team, and enterprise clients.

You will lead architecture discovery, design end-to-end AI proposals, build prototypes and blueprints, and drive live deployments with uptime and post-deployment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML and software architecture experience with production systems at real scale.
• Proven track record architecting and shipping LLM-based or agentic AI systems into production — not just PoCs.
• Deep hands-on fluency: Python, distributed systems, LLM frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture. Ship it to production.
• Lead architecture discovery with enterprise clients and assess data maturity before coding.
• Own end-to-end system design for AI proposals: model selection, RAG/agentic architecture, data pipelines, infrastructure sizing, ROI framing.
• Build working prototypes, architecture blueprints, and technical proof points that de-risk the engagement.
• Set technical standards and reusable architecture patterns for the broader team.
