Job summary

enGen is seeking an AI Architect to define the end-to-end AI ecosystem, including data pipelines, model storage, inference engines, and front-end integration. You will select the tech stack and establish MLOps practices to enable scalable, low-latency AI solutions across enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines architectural rigor with business acumen and 5+ years in software/data science, 3+ years in an architectural role, and strong leadership in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• 7 years in an IT discipline
• 7 years in a Business discipline
• Experience migrating legacy systems to AI-augmented workflows
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to define business processes and enable technologies
• Specify and design complex systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into designs
• Establish architectural standards and conduct design reviews
• Communicate functional and non-functional requirements clearly
• Lead improvement programs with measurable business benefits
• Mentor peers and present architecture decisions to leadership
• Collaborate across Data Science, DevOps, and Product teams
