Job summary

enGen seeks an AI Architect to shape the enterprise AI ecosystem, defining high-level structures, data pipelines, and secure integrations with existing infrastructure. You will select tech stacks, manage MLOps practices, and drive scalable, low-latency AI solutions across teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years in software or data science with 3+ years in architecture, strong cross-functional leadership, and proficiency with cloud platforms and AI lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing processes and organizational structures.
• Define end-to-end AI architectures, data pipelines, model storage, and inference engines.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, and ensure integration across systems and technology.
• Establish policy for selection of architecture components and evaluate major design options.
• Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers and management.
