Qualifications
- 8+ years in user operations, engineering, or related technical roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong scripting ability (e.g., Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools.
- Polished enterprise communication and experience handling high-stakes customers.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues directly with customers via tickets and live calls.
- Act as a trusted expert on OpenAI products and platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve systems and automate workflows.
