Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience shaping AI, technology, digital transformation, or innovation strategies.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise AI strategy and multi‑year roadmap with executives and leaders.
• Lead AI roadmap execution with milestones, governance, and performance metrics.
• Identify high‑value AI opportunities across journalism, product, ads, and subscriptions.
• Build business cases and ROI for AI initiatives with risk and cost analysis.
• Establish enterprise AI Center of Excellence and reusable frameworks.
• Partner with editors, product, technology, legal, and privacy on governance and standards.
