Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Strategy & Planning Senior within its Technology organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.

The role focuses on AI opportunities, developing business cases and roadmaps, defining requirements, and driving responsible AI adoption across the organization. The candidate will partner with business, technology, risk and data teams to analyze problems, prioritize use cases, track delivery, and prepare executive updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives.
• University degree, with 3+ years of relevant industry experience; certifications often desired.
• Bachelor's degree; no required certifications; licenses not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across business, technology, and risk partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
• Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations.
• Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions.
• Comfortable working with Engineers and Data Scientists to drive work.
