As a Strategy & Planning Advisor Sr within PNC's Data & Automation - AI Governance & Oversight organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Strongsville OH, or Birmingham, AL. Key responsibilities in the role will include, but are not limited to: • Owns the end-to-end management of enterprise AI economics, including AI consumption tracking, forecasting, cost attribution, and funding strategies. • Designs and oversees the AI chargeback framework in partnership with Finance, enabling the transition of AI-related expenses from centrally funded investments to business-unit-level accountability. • Develops and maintains cost and consumption models across both seat-based and consumption-based AI platforms, providing insights into spend efficiency, utilization trends, and business value realization. • Leads the enterprise Responsible AI governance program, including facilitation of cross-functional governance forums, translation of ethical AI principles into operational controls, and oversight of the annual Responsible AI review process. • Serves as a senior individual contributor with significant program leadership responsibilities, influencing strategic AI investments and operational decisions through direct engagement with executive stakeholders.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
