Job summary

PNC is seeking a Strategy & Planning Specialist Sr. to support strategic enterprise initiatives within the Retail organization. The role is based in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA, working in-office to foster collaboration and deliver impactful outcomes.

The successful candidate will define problems, gather and analyze data, develop recommendations, and present solutions while partnering with multiple lines of business to implement them.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations.
• Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions.
