Job summary

You will manage senior engineers, foster a culture of velocity and innovation, and align engineering with business priorities while driving cross-functional collaboration across product, data, and infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

• Progressive software engineering, data engineering, or technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering teams and managing technical leaders.
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and cloud-native development.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical oversight and architectural guidance.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities
