Job summary

Gartner Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant with strong AI fluency to lead high-impact client engagements, blending hands-on analytics with emerging workstream leadership. You will own workstreams, guide juniors, and translate Gartner research into practical client outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering tangible AI-driven business value, governance, and scalable accelerators within a consulting context.

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, data/analytics, or enterprise transformation, with meaningful exposure to AI/data.
Strong structured-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own analysis independently.
Solid technical literacy—able to engage credibly with technical teams while communicating clearly to business audiences.
Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions and/or agents using core AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, OpenAI Enterprise, Claude).
Excellent storytelling, analytical modeling (Excel/Power BI), and written/verbal communication; ability to develop bespoke interactive dashboards/tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Own one or more workstreams within a broader engagement, managing scope, timeline, analysis, and quality.
Conduct primary and secondary research: client interviews, workshops, data collection, benchmarking, and synthesis into insights.
Build core artifacts: maturity assessments, current-state diagnostics, roadmaps, and business cases.
Translate AI insights into tangible, client-ready recommendations grounded in context.
Apply fluency across the modern AI stack to enable enterprise use cases and governance.
Support AI strategy, operating-model design, data-readiness, and governance workstreams with depth.
Connect AI choices to business value, cost, risk, and change-management considerations.
Coach junior consultants and analysts; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
Scale the AI Center of Excellence through case studies, offerings, and repeatable methods.
Build and configure generative AI solutions using core platforms; prototype development for client review.
Serve as day-to-day client contact and facilitate workshops; deliver executive-quality decks and summaries.
