The candidate blends hands-on analytical work with workstream leadership, guiding juniors and translating Gartner research into practical client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in consulting and can engage senior stakeholders while managing day-to-day delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, data/analytics, or enterprise transformation with AI exposure.
• Strong structured-thinking and problem-solving skills; able to own analysis independently.
• Technical literacy to engage with technical teams and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions or agents using core platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more workstreams within a broader engagement, manage scope and timeline.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize insights.
• Build core artifacts: maturity assessments, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Translate AI options into tangible, decision-ready client outcomes.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
