Job summary

Tenex helps clients put AI to work across operations and leads engagements combining consulting and product management. You’ll identify problems, translate them into product requirements, and drive rollout and adoption with executive-facing stakeholders.

You’ll build prototypes and automations using AI and low-code tools, own adoption, and measure business impact, reporting to an Engagement Manager. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product management, or workflow design.
• You use AI tools daily to build things and solve problems.
• You can translate client needs into actionable requirements for engineers.
• You take responsibility for outcomes and drive progress with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the client works and map processes.
• Decide what’s worth building and estimate business value.
• Define product requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead client relationships and present clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver prototypes and automations.
• Own adoption: plan rollouts, train users, and measure impact.
• Share learnings to create repeatable playbooks.
