The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in strategy and operations, leveraging expertise with modern AI technologies like Claude and ChatGPT. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or workflow design, ideally in a consulting role.
• Proven record of redesigning workflows or processes.
• Experience translating client demands into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships at the C-suite level and communicate effectively.
• Conduct strategy audits to identify inefficiencies in workflows.
• Design sprints that accelerate project timelines.
• Build workflows with Forward-Deployed Engineers.
• Drive adoption of new workflows within organizations.
