Qualifications

• 5+ years in distributed storage and high-performance file systems.
• Deep Kubernetes CSI experience, volume plugins or storage operators.
• Linux kernel I/O and performance tuning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance CSI drivers for parallel file systems.
• Implement GDS integrations for DMA between NVMe drives and GPU memory.
• Develop local NVMe caching for large model weights and datasets.
• Optimize IOPS, throughput, and latency across containerized storage stacks.
• Collaborate to optimize storage for RDMA and InfiniBand interconnects.
• Set up monitoring/alerts for storage performance and degradation.
• Define storage policies and multi-tenancy within Kubernetes.
• Mentor engineers and drive architecture reviews.
