Job summary

UserTesting seeks a Principal Solution Marketing Manager to define how we bring AI solutions to market and to position our human network behind AI. This senior role translates market insights into differentiated messaging for highly technical buyers and drives strategic GTM initiatives.

You'll partner with Product, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, and Sales to shape campaigns, develop enablement, and identify opportunities across enterprise AI buyers. This is a critical leadership IC role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product/solution marketing or technical marketing.
• Strong AI/technical-market knowledge with enterprise experience.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business value for technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Define AI market narrative and positioning across our AI portfolio.
• Develop audience-specific messaging, value propositions, and solution narratives.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and enable Sales and Solution Consulting.
• Create compelling enablement tools, briefs, and playbooks.
• Provide market feedback to influence product and company strategy.
