Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead AI-enabled manufacturing solution design, governance, and scalable assets. You will guide cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and drive reusable architectures across pursuits and engagements.

The role combines manufacturing domain expertise with data platforms, RAG/GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, and end-to-end delivery, focusing on production optimization, predictive maintenance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience spanning AI solution development, industrial data platforms, digital manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, investment priorities for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept definition, architecture, build, testing, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, functional and technical requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Own governance, architecture decisions, responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, risk, and release readiness.
• Design manufacturing data platforms connecting MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and other systems.
• Guide development of data models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and governance standards.
• Lead RAG/GraphRAG designs with embeddings, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
• Shape AI assistants and workflows for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and production optimization.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and IT/OT patterns.
• Establish engineering standards for code, versioning, testing, DevOps, and documentation.
• Own backlogs, roadmaps, releases, resources, and agile cycles.
• Support technical sales through architecture and demonstrations.
• Package solutions for reuse with reference implementations and docs.
