Qualifications

• 4+ years of software/solutions engineering or related technical experience.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, integrations, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineers.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI agents and workflow automation for enterprise customers.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and design AI-powered solutions.
• Build integrations with CRM, ERP, HRMS, Finance platforms, APIs, and data systems.
• Develop production-grade code, agent workflows, prompts, evaluations, and data pipelines.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during implementation and adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to drive improvements and reusable solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, demos, and proofs-of-concepts.
• Hire, mentor, coach, and manage a team of FDEs with delivery excellence.
