Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.

• 5+ years in software/AI delivery.

• Proven experience building and deploying predictive maintenance AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications for facilities PM.
• Analyze workflows to identify AI-driven enhancements for predictive maintenance.
• Build, train, and deploy ML models to analyze equipment data, detect anomalies, and forecast failures.
• Collaborate with engineers, facilities managers, and IT to align AI with business needs.
• Generate insights via data modeling and predictive analytics.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and security clearance requirements.
• Perform testing and validation of AI models.
