Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms that solve complex business challenges. The role focuses on model architecture, data pipelines, and deployment while ensuring governance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of applied ML experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Master's or Ph.D. in advanced math, AI, data science, CS or deep learning required.
• Five (5) additional years of ML experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may substitute for a Master's.

Responsibilities

• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Select appropriate data sets and perform statistical analysis.
• Train, retrain, and evaluate ML models through iterative design and testing.
• Provide system integration oversight for AI/ML solutions.
• Lead diverse AI/ML teams and act as primary POC for AI-related matters.
