Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Commercial Operations to accelerate the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-enabled tools, automations, and technical solutions across our Global Sales organization, including Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations.

The FDE will collaborate with Transformation Office and commercial stakeholders to translate opportunities into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or related technical roles.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Embed within the global Sales organization to understand workflows and define technical solutions.
Design, build, test, and deploy AI applications, agents, and automations for production use.
Develop reusable patterns and delivery practices to accelerate future deployments.
Partner with security, data, and governance teams to ensure enterprise readiness.
Drive adoption through intuitive experiences, training, and documentation.
Measure performance and communicate progress with stakeholders.
