The role requires designing agentic AI systems, integrating with ERP/CRM, and ensuring governance, security, and responsible AI practices while collaborating with IT, data, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML or applied AI solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority in the AI Center of Excellence for AI solution design and build.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and redesign processes.
• Rapidly build and demonstrate prototypes using large language models and generative AI tools.
