Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking an AI Engineer Sr to lead enterprise AI initiatives, embedding advanced AI features into products and platforms. The role emphasizes production readiness, security, and governance, working with AI Enablement to ensure architectural compliance.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive end-to-end model development, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable ROI and scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in AI/ML engineering with production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and major LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Cloud-native AI deployment (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex AI models and applications integrated into digital products and operational systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions suitable for production environments.
• Architect and develop high-performance AI applications and multi-step agents optimized for latency and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owner, software engineering, solution architect, and business teams to release AI features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI Engineer I and II teams.
