Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with Solution Architecture experience in Houston to design and guide the build of scalable SaaS applications for complex industrial environments.

You will own cloud-native, microservice architectures end-to-end and drive how emerging AI agents are integrated into solutions, while mentoring and influencing engineering teams as a key technical contributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Experience with AI assistant tools and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservice-based, cloud-native SaaS applications.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• GenAI & Autonomous Agents development and integration.
• Build Autonomous Agents that plan tasks and query knowledge graphs.
• Develop Graph-RAG pipelines for grounded answers.
• Create agents integrating with engineering tools, databases and knowledge sources.
• Collaborate with product and customer teams to align AI solutions with needs.
• Ensure accuracy, traceability, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Optimize prompting, agent orchestration, and performance in production.
• Develop high-performance Python services (FastAPI) for live data delivery.
